She has also facilitated the build-out of new product and program offerings within the strategic transformation consulting industry. Known for her attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and consistent track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and on budget, she brings both precision and adaptability to every engagement.

Her background bridges people and numbers: in the consumer-packaged goods/beauty industry, she managed payroll, benefits, leave administration, and policy development across North America as an HR Administrator; earlier, in boutique management consulting, she owned full-cycle AP/AR and payroll as an Accounting Analyst. She has served as Treasurer of a nonprofit organization since 2016.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from Southern Methodist University and is Microsoft Certified in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Based in Arizona, she is a devoted animal lover outside of work.
