Kevin Keane, COO, leads the management consulting practice at Directed Action, Inc. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Kevin guides clients through large scale strategic transformation. As a trusted advisor to C-level executives, Kevin helps to articulate strategic vision and create actionable business plans to realize that vision. He also serves as a coach and mentor to senior executives on how to successfully navigate corporate culture to increase influence and achieve results.

Kevin is well versed in a range of disciplines including business continuity and resiliency, organizational change management, talent management, communication strategy, systems implementation, finance and accounting transformation, program management and benefit realization. Additionally, Kevin acts as a facilitator, frequently called upon to lead critical working sessions to drive consensus and decision making.

Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s in American Studies and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master’s in Business Administration. As an active community volunteer, Kevin supports local schools and values-based leadership organizations. Kevin has received multiple awards for his public service and in recognition of his leadership.

As part of the Directed Action Inc. servant leadership ethos, Kevin supports small businesses in the Los Angeles area as they address the challenges related to recovery and resilience. He is a member of the COE Council, Board of Directors, and Co-Chair of the Small Business Council for the Greater Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. As a result of that service, in January 2022, Directed Action was awarded Small Business of the Year by the LA Chamber.  In May 2024, Directed Action was presented with the Toyota Supplier of the Year Award for exemplary service and results.
